PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new valve which can be made small and light and can provide air tightness usable for a vacuum system. SOLUTION: The valve is equipped with an outer shell 4 with a plurality of fluid flow passage holes, a rotation support body 6 rotatably held in the outer shell 4, a valve body 8, supported by the rotation support body 6, and applied with energizing force toward a rotation shaft, of which distance from the rotation shaft of the rotation support body 6 is variable, a valve seat 21 formed on an inner face of the outer shell 4 to enclose one of the fluid passage holes 26, a pressing/holding mechanism 10 for pressing the valve body 8 while resisting the energizing force, displacing the valve body 8 to move away from the rotation shaft and keeping the valve body 8 contacting with the valve seat 21. When the valve is closed, the valve body 8 is moved to a position facing against the valve seat 21 by rotation of the rotation support body 6 and the valve body 8 is contacted with the valve seat 21 and held by the pressing/holding mechanism 10. When the valve is opened, the valve body 8 moves away from the valve seat 21 and moves by the rotation of the rotation support body 6 and at least two of the fluid passage holes 26 are communicated.
