摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft coupling capable of always achieving stable operation state in a system for transmitting power through a rolling element arranged in an intersecting position of guide grooves perpendicularly crossing with each other between two parallel shafts. SOLUTION: The respective rolling elements 3 are formed in a cylindrical shape, both ends thereof are guided by the guide grooves 5 and 6 of plates 1 and 2, a center part is inserted into an elongated hole 7 provided in a retainer 4 and is retained, and a slider 10 is provided which is protruded from an outer periphery of the respective rolling elements 3 in a flange shape and is fitted with the retainer 4 so as to restrain rotation in a plane including the axis of the rolling element 3, and thereby force to a plate axial direction is prevented from acting, looseness in the axial direction is eliminated, the rolling element 3 is held in parallel with the plate axial direction, catching of the rolling element 3 into the guide grooves 5 and 6 can be prevented, and stable operation state can be always achieved.
