PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve performance reduction in a compressor and reduction in reliability, by optimizing a flow quantity of oil between a high pressure hydraulic chamber and a low pressure chamber formed on an end plate back face of an orbiting scroll and partitioned by a seal, in a scroll compressor. SOLUTION: A seal means 34 for sealing a back pressure chamber 36 and the high pressure hydraulic chamber 41 of an upper peripheral part on the main shaft 14 side, is provided on an inner peripheral surface of a frame 11 opposed to a tip surface of a boss part 6c of the orbiting scroll 6 having an orbiting scroll bearing part, and an oil holding hole 58 is arranged on the tip surface of the boss part, and an oil feeding passage is constituted for leaking a very small quantity of oil to the low pressure chamber from the high pressure chamber by going over the seal means. A quantity of the oil flowing to the low pressure chamber from the high pressure chamber is optimized, and performance of the compressor can be largely improved, and reliability of the compressor can also be improved.
