PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of reducing the number of structural columns in a piloti floor and, and giving the degree of freedom to positions of the structural columns in the piloti floor. SOLUTION: In a building 1 having an upper layer floor 2 having a rigid-framed structure and the piloti floor 3 as a lower layer floor, structure supporting means 11 erected at both ends of one side of the piloti floor, a structural beam 41 connecting them, a structural hanging wall 21 hung down from the structural beam 41 in the vertically downward part of an area between both ends of each column 51 of two or more columns 51 in the piloti floor and structural intermediate columns 31 not more than the columns in the upper layer floor, capable of being connected with any place of the lower end of the structural hanging wall and extended to the lower end of the piloti floor from the lower end of the structural hanging wall are included.
