PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of wind slop without increasing a longitudinal dimension of a front deflector. SOLUTION: The noise prevention device of the sunroof for the vehicle is provided with an opening 12 formed on a roof 11 of a vehicle body 1; a lid 2 for opening/closing the opening 12; the front deflector 3 provided on a front part of the opening 12; and a drafter 4 provided in a cabin 16 and communicating/shutting off the inside/outside of the cabin 16. A release drive means 5 having a pipe 51 having one end 51a opened to a lower part of the front deflector 3 and the other end 51b opened to a neighborhood to the drafter 4 and releasing the drafter 4 by pressure difference of one end 51a of the other end 51b of the pipe 51 when the opening 12 is opened is provided.
