PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for discharging silver electrolytic water which enhances generation efficiency of a silver ion by silver electrolysis and reduces electric power consumption accompanying silver electrolysis. SOLUTION: The apparatus for discharging the silver electrolytic water 1 including an electrolytic cell 2 into which washing water flows, a main flow path 2a through which the washing water formed in this electrolytic cell flows and a pair of electrodes 12a and 12b to be a silver electrode in which at least anode electrode generates the silver ion comprises the above-described electrode arranged such that a part of the washing water flowing through the main flow path is distributed to flow between these electrodes and an electric current supply part 28 for supplying electric power to the above-described electrode, wherein the flow rate of the washing water flowing between the above-described electrodes is smaller than that of the washing water flowing through the main flow path in the above-described electrolytic cell.
