PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly measure a constituent concentration in a living body by preventing interference of electromagnetic noises and a sound wave generated in the living body or propagation of outside vibration. SOLUTION: In a constituent concentration measuring device, interference of the electromagnetic noise is prevented by electromagnetically sealing a part which is susceptible to noises. Furthermore, in a constituent concentration measuring device, when a light emitting member which irradiates the living body partly comprises an optical fiber, the sound wave can be measured with a high degree of accuracy and the constituent concentration in the living body can be correctly measured by keeping adequate distances among the light emitting member, a light modulating member and a receiver of the sound wave generated in the living body to prevent interference of the electromagnetic noises among them.
