PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressurizing device for pressurizing liquid, capable of precisely controlling the pressure, and facilitating the maintenance; and to provide a culturing apparatus and a pressurizing vessel. SOLUTION: The pressurizing device (2) for pressurizing the liquid (culture liquid 12) is constituted of a pressurizing part (liquid-pressurizing part 4) for pressurizing the liquid in a chamber (14) for filling the liquid by dislocating a movable wall (20) formed at a part of the chamber (14) to change the volume of the chamber, an actuator (piezoelectric actuator 32) for advancing or retreating the movable wall by receiving a driving signal, and a pressure-detecting part (10) for detecting the pressure acting on the liquid.
