The fluid cylinder has a lever, which can be swiveled by a training person (7) in relation to an adjustable mechanical load for the purpose of the structure of muscle around a bearing. The mechanical load is formed by the fluid cylinder. The fluid cylinder (5) doubles as working cylinder having a cylinder housing, a piston and a piston rod. The piston divides a part of the interior of the cylinder housing into two chambers. The two chambers of the cylinder housing stand in connection over a line system with a common storage vessel for a fluid. A closed fluid-system is provided.
