The mounting plate has a space-fixed carrying axis (2) which is supported at a wing unit (1). The formation forms an angle which corresponds about the geographical latitude of a setting up location. The solar module is tiltable around the carrying axis and provided in the form of an even plate. The level of the solar module is adjusted to a firm angle of inclination to the carrying axis. In such an arrangement the carrying axis is arranged perpendicular to the carrying axis and the level of the solar module is at angle of inclination of up to 23,5 degrees.
