A location information analyzing module(103) receives real-time location information of the subscriber mobile terminal from a location tracking system, and determines whether the subscriber mobile terminal escapes or enters the location range by inquiring a location range of the subscriber mobile terminal to the subscriber information database. An execution controlling module(105) controls execution and termination of a software robot program by transmitting a software robot execution and termination command to the mobile terminal or the computer of the subscriber. A software robot information receiving module(106) receives software robot information from the mobile terminal or the computer of the subscriber while the software robot program is executed, and stores the received information to a software robot information database(113).
