<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make security measures for a secret document left in a delivery part after printed out respond to every document to be kept secret, and easily applicable to an existing configuration while the input operation troubling a user is eliminated as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: It is searched whether or not control data indicating synthetic processing of stamp printing of a top secret mark or the like is present in driver information (command indicating an output requirement). If the data is present, it is determined as the document to be kept secret. Unless the data is present, it is determined as outside the object (S103). Controlling of closing a shutter formed in a take-out port of the delivery part is carried out to the document regarded as the secret document (S104). According to the control, the apparatus autonomously makes determination of the secret document and closes the shutter without requiring the input operation such as setting by the user.
