<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical diagnosis support system using capillary blood flow of the eponychium of the fingertip which analyzes health condition automatically and objectively and displays the result by observing a color video image enlarging the motion of the capillary blood flow of the eponychium of the fingertip. <P>SOLUTION: The medical diagnosis support system observes the blood vessels and the blood flow using a color video image enlarging the capillary part of the eponychium of the fingertip. The density, thickness, shape and blood flow rate of the blood vessels within the acquired video image are expressed numerically, and the numerical values are compared to numerical data of a reference table stored in advance within the system to classify the values. All the classified data are then analyzed and evaluated using an analyzing and evaluating means, and the result is displayed on a display means as a comprehensive evaluation of the health condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
