<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component request system or the like which easily, accurately, and automatically requests a replenishment of components in simple facilities. <P>SOLUTION: The component request system comprises an identification information acquiring means 21 for acquiring identification information 35 attached on components supplied to a production line, a use schedule computing means 22 for reading production schedule data 33 using a component identified by identification information 35 and computing a use schedule 36 of the component, an existing quantity computing means 23 for computing an existing quantity 37 of components prepared for supply to the production line, a replenishment time computing means 24 for computing a time for requiring the replenishment of the component by comparing the existing quantity 37 of the component with the use schedule 36 of the component, and an output control means 25 for controlling output for computed replenishment time 38 of the component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
