<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of efficiently radiating heat generated in a solar cell and suppressing the weight of a module to a minimum in a convergent solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: An efficient radiation of heat generated in a solar cell can be maintained and an increase in the weight of the module can be suppressed, by defining the thickness and outer size of an electrode plate to which the solar cell is fixed in a certain range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
