PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of efficiently using a recording medium resource while maintaining security of the whole network. SOLUTION: An image forming device 5 is provided with: a user information storage part 508 storing local user data UDT for each user having used the image forming device 5; a user information deletion part 506 deleting one or more of pieces of the local user data UDT when an amount of the local user data UDT stored in the user information storage part 508 exceeds a prescribed value; an authentication request part 503 requesting an authentication server 71 to execute user authentication of a user desiring to use the image forming device 5; and a user information generation part 505 generating and storing the local user data UDT of the user in the user information storage part 508 when the local user data UDT of the user authenticated by the authentication server 71 are not stored in the user information storage part 508.
