PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a camera module where a barrel 2 is screwed in a pedestal 5 stuck on a base plate 1 and the focal distances of lenses 25 and 25 are adjusted according to a screwed amount, and which prevents the deviation of the focal distance caused by a gap (play) in a screwing part between the barrel 2 and the pedestal 5 and is miniaturized. SOLUTION: An annular elastic body 4 is interposed between a stopper part 56 for regulating the moving range of the barrel 2 in a screwing direction and the top part of the barrel 2, and the annular elastic body 4 is elastically deformed by the screwing of the barrel 2 and the pedestal 5, and then clamping force by the screwing of the barrel 2 and the pedestal 5 is made strong by the elastic force, whereby the movement of the lenses 25 and 25 is prevented.
