PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically duplicate a component in accordance with the enlargement of an area. SOLUTION: When a drug instruction is input to an input means 3, an operation means 5 determines an enlarged rectangular area obtained by drugging a rectangular reference area of arranged registered component data in the vertical and horizontal directions of a screen and calculates a maximum arrangement state capable of matrix duplicating and arranging a registered component in the enlarged rectangular area without overlapping registered components.
