PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plurality of operators to perform their input operations according to operation screens which are respectively easy for those operators to use, and to provide a highly user-friendly operation screen particularly to a left-handed operator. SOLUTION: The dominant hand of an operator is determined based on the touch distribution of the first touch by the operator on an initial screen such as a menu screen displayed on a user interface constituted of a display device having a touch panel, and the subsequent operation screens are changed to operation screens corresponding to the determined dominant hand of the operator, and displayed on the user interface.
