PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly remove cutting chips regardless of the weight and size of the cutting chips. SOLUTION: This sheet cutting device 100 comprises a pair of transfer rollers 106 transferring a sheet, at least one of a vertical direction cutting device 101 cutting the sheet along a transferring direction of the sheet and a horizontal direction cutting device 102 cutting the sheet in a direction crossing with the transferring direction, and a separation roller 109 separating a cut sheet from a cutting removal part while transferring the cut sheet cut by at least one of the cutting devices.
