A tray 10 for a product vending machine including a flat base 16 upon which product to be vended may be placed. A plurality of walls 14 are attached to the base 16 which define rows 12 into which product is organized. A channel 13 within the flat base 16 houses a threaded shaft 22. The threaded shaft 22 threadingly attaches to a product drive member 24.
