The stacking column (100) has tiltable handle levers (104), arms (106) and support arms (107) which are arranged in such a way that when the handle lever is moved into a working position the handle levers following on it are moved from a resting position into a working position. The stacking column is arranged on a distribution switchboard enclosure and the controlling of the handle levers are switchable in such a way that when a handle lever is moved into a working position the handle lever beside it is moved from a resting position into a ready position.
