The trainer has a frame with two handles, and a chassis with semicircle-shaped frame lower and upper parts that have two semicircle shaped round pipes (1) connected with each other at a uniform distance by bars (2). The pipes run in concave and curve in a middle of the semi-circle. Rollers (4) are provided at ends of middle connecting bars of the frame lower part, and threads and rubber cap covers are provided at ends of the pipes.
