<p>A transmitting end device (10) includes memories (M<SUB>T</SUB>) for storing a plurality of previously transmitted signals, while a receiving end device (20) includes memories (M<SUB>R</SUB>) for storing a plurality of previously received signals. Comparators (C) are used to check whether any change is existent in a transport signal to be transmitted at this time. A transmitting part (103) transmits both a change location signal (S<SUB>L</SUB>) that identifies a changed signal and a change end signal (S<SUB>E</SUB>). The receiving end device (20) detects, based on the change location signal (S<SUB>L</SUB>), the corresponding one of the signals stored in the memories (M<SUB>R</SUB>), and changes the corresponding signal accordingly, thereby equivalently receiving the foregoing transport signal to be transmitted at this time. A clock generating part (30) receives the change end signal (S<SUB>E</SUB>) to change circuit operation clocks (CLK<SUB>C</SUB>), thereby advancing the cycle of a transmitting circuit (101) and that of a receiving circuit (201) by one. In this way, the data transmission/reception between devices can be performed at a higher rate, while the whole system can also be operated at a higher rate.</p> |
