A plate typed joystick with a moving button board is provided to improve user's interest by enabling a user to move an operation board up and down when instructing up and down, and left and right operations. The plate typed joystick with a moving button board includes: a control board(10) having a fixing pole(11) protruded from one end of one side and a moving pole(13) moving along a long hole(12) formed on the other end of the one side; and an operation board(20) moving up and down based on the fixing pole by hinge-connecting with the fixing pole and the moving pole of the control board, and having an operation button.
