<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform access to a branch customer database when transferring an employee between branches. <P>SOLUTION: An access controller 10 is provided with an access condition storage part 100 for storing access conditions, an access control part 102 for determining access permission based on the employee identification information of an employee who has made access request, the branch identification information of a branch customer database to be accessed and access request date and access conditions when receiving an access request to the branch customer database and a condition changing part 104 for receiving information for enabling the employee to perform access to a new branch customer database in a prescribed period, and for changing the access conditions so that the expiry date of an access valid term to the branch customer database to which the employee is permitted to perform access can be set as a date a prescribed handover period after the start date of the access valid term to the new branch customer database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
