<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan preparation method and device for increasing productivity as a whole production line by optimizing a load. <P>SOLUTION: A load is distributed to job allocation validating periods calculated in each process of each order (S1, S2). The total of the load quantities of each day is calculated for each process, and a segment where the total is maximized is extracted (S3, S4). The processing/non-processing of a job is decided based on the processing capability of one day by the extracted segment, and the load of the processing job is summarized in the segment extracted in the current process, and the load of the non-processing job is distributed to an allocation validating segment other than the extracted segment in the current process, and the loads of the processing job and the non-processing job are corrected in the pre-and-post processes under the consideration of the constraint of an inter-process lead time (S5 to S7), and the processing of S3 to S7 is repeated until segments to be processed for all the jobs are decided (S8), and the obtained production plan is outputted (S9). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
