<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake gear for vehicles capable of suppressing brake noise phenomenon at non-braking. <P>SOLUTION: The middle part of a pad sim 8 in length direction abuts with a rear metal 6A of a brake pad 6. The pad sim 8 is so bent that both side parts of it abut with pawl parts 5B and 5C of a caliper 5 for the pawl parts 5B and 5C to pressurize in the rotational axis direction of a disc rotor, functioning as a leaf spring. The bending position B is set closer to the pawl part 5B, among the pawl parts 5B and 5C of the caliper 5, arranged at upper level than the pawl part 5C arranged at lower level. So the pad sim 8 pressurizes the pawl part 5B arranged above the pawl part 5C arranged below, in the rotational axis direction of the disc rotor, by a stronger spring force so as to generate a moment which is in the direction opposite to that acting on the caliper 5.
