<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a number of battery modules efficiently down to a uniform temperature by surely preventing liquid leak in a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply device for a vehicle is provided with a case of a watertight structure filling cooling liquid 3 inside, a plurality of battery modules 2 cooled in direct contact with the cooling liquid 3 or in contact through a holder case 4, and an air blasting nozzle 5 blasting air in foam into the cooling liquid 3.
