<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously measure a dynamic fluid consumption of an appliance, especially gaseous and liquid fuels, by means of a flow sensor capable of continuously working to pass through in both directions and a state regulator whose pressure after the flow sensor is reduced to a constant output pressure depending on the situation. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid of the minimum quantity at each time point is supplied by a pressure regulator 8 so that a pressure can be maintained over an entire conduit system even in a high dynamic consumption change and continuous, correct and highly time-defined consumption measurement can be done by a controlled outlet pressure of the fluid by an open system which does not permit formation of a multi-phase flow rate. In doing so, a continuous fluid is returned from a region of the constant output pressure to a region between the flow sensor 6 and the pressure regulator 8 by a variable quantity depending on the situation. The pressure regulator 8 is provided on the downstream of the flow sensor 6, and a connection conduit with a pump device 12 is provided from a region subsequent to the regulator 8 to the region between the sensor 6 and the regulator 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
