摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep player's expectations of shift to a probability variable state over a long period of time by making it impossible for a player to recognize when it is to be reported that a special game state is to be generated in a game machine for variably displaying patterns at a plurality of variable display devices. <P>SOLUTION: A microcomputer 101 for performance control decides the variation pattern of decorative patterns and whether or not to execute a re-drawing performance before starting a big winning game on the basis of the contents of a variation pattern command. On the basis of the decided variation pattern, the variation of the decorative patterns is executed in one of the variable display devices 9a and 9b. Also, on the basis of the contents of an ending command, the re-drawing performance is executed after the big winning game is ended.
