<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine which shortens an axial length, a manufacturing method of a stator coil, and a motor for electric power steering. <P>SOLUTION: A stator 110 of the rotary electric machine includes a stator core 112, and the polyphase stator coils 114 incorporated in the stator core. The stator core 112 is formed by combining a plurality of split core strips. The stator coils 114 are wound by concentrated winding on a coil bobbin 112BO on which an outer periphery of teeth portions of the core strips is mounted, and coils which are the same in phase but different in winding directions are wound continuously at the teeth portions adjoining each other. A jumper wire EL which connects the first stator coil of wound around the first teeth portion to the second stator coil wound around the second teeth portion includes an axial end of the coil bobbin, and is positioned at a more central side of an axial direction than the end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
