SOLUTION: This operation authentication terminal 3 authenticating remote operation is provided with an operation information receiving means receiving operation information for operating an operated terminal 1 from an operation source terminal 2, a safety determination means determining whether safety is assured or not when the received operation information is executed on the operated terminal, and a determination result transmission means transmitting the determination result determined by the safety determination means and the operation information received by the operation information receiving means to the operated terminal.
