PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens extending device that eliminates play in an optical axis direction and perform position restriction in a rotating direction and can be deterred from increasing in size on the whole. SOLUTION: The lens extending device is equipped with a holder 10, a lens frame 30 where a photographing lens 50 is held, a lens extension ring 20 which is arranged before the holder 10 along the optical axis and in which the lens frame 30 is incorporated, a cam surface 21 formed on the extension ring 20, a projection portion 13 which is formed on the holder 10 and abuts against the cam surface 21, an operation portion 22 for extending the photographing lens 50 for macrophotography by rotating the extension ring 20 from a first position to a second position, and a lens pressing spring 40 where a projection portion 41 which energizes the extension ring 20 to the holder 10 along the optical axis and restricts the extension ring 20 in the rotating direction at the first position and second position is formed.
