PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device by which positional displacement when a heat transfer sheet is attached to a heat dissipation member is suppressed and presence/no presence of the heat transfer sheet is easily confirmed. SOLUTION: The display device has a liquid crystal display unit 1 stored in a case 2 and having an exothermic component 7A, the heat dissipation member 23 which diffuses heat generated from the exothermic component 7A to the outside of the case 2 and the rectangular heat transfer sheet 27A attached between the heat dissipation member 23 and the exothermic component 7A and a penetration part 28 is provided at a part corresponding to the opposite angle of the heat transfer sheet 27 in the heat dissipation member 23.
