PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device for photographing which applies appropriate illumination light to an infant as a subject, to smoothly photograph the infant. SOLUTION: The infant as the subject is invited to be photographed by other light source (a direction light source 12) and/or a sound producing means (a direction sound source 13) provided in the illuminating device for photographing (an illuminating device for photographing 100) and simultaneously the subject is illuminated by a light source (an illumination light source 11) provided in the illuminating device for photographing.
