METHOD FOR RE-CONVERTING WASTE CONTAINING ORGANOCHLORINE COMPOUND INTO RESOURCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with which nearly all of wastes containing organochlorine compounds can be re-converted into resources and utilized without carrying out an incineration treatment of the wastes containing the organochlorine compounds. SOLUTION: The problems can be solved by the method for re-converting the wastes containing the organochlorine compounds into the resources comprising carrying out dechlorination of the wastes containing the organochlorine compounds by a hot water treatment, recovering the organochlorine compounds as an alcohol and/or organic acids and an inorganic salt for utilization and recovering the residual wastes in which the organochlorine compounds are removed as a fuel for utilization.
