PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely remove clogging in a cooling package. SOLUTION: Rotation of a cooling fan 22 is stopped at predetermined condition time, and destination for supplying compressed air from a pneumatic pressure source 13 is switched to a clogging prevention means 14 side positioned on the same side as the cooling fan 22 for the cooling package 21 by a change-over valve 55. Since the direction of blowing compressed air into the cooling package 21 by each blowing hole 42, 46 in each blowing part 35, 36 of a clogging prevention means 14 has a reverse direction component to the direction of suction of cooling air by the cooling fan 22, the cooling package 21 can be effectively washed back by pressure of compressed air and clogging of the cooling package 21 can be securely removed.
