The launch facility has an activation unit (A) with a housing (1), having a center spindle (11), a grasp (12), which is attached to a rope, a spring washer (2) as well as a cable pulley (3). An opening (71) is provided in a tubular element where claws (73) from the outside periphery of the tubular element extend. The tubular part (54) of the rotation element intervenes loosely in the opening of the tubular element.
