<p>The roll has a hollow rolling body that is partially or completely immersed, coated, sprayed with water-soluble material e.g. cleaning agent and disinfectant, or consists completely of the cleaning agent or is located in the inside of the roll. A toilet paper is rolled on the hollow rolling body. The cleaning agent and/or the disinfectant are provided inside the roll and are adjusted with or without the roll into the toilet bowl. An independent claim is also included for a hollow rolling body in a paper roll.</p>
