This object is to provide a structure of attaching a fabric sheet to a vehicle body, wherein the fabric sheet can be prevented from being twisted together with the rotation of a threaded fastener such as a bolt during fixation of the fabric sheet to the vehicle body by the threaded fastener. In order to resolve this object, a spacer (10) which is generally cylindrical is fitted in a hole (8) of a tab (6). The spacer (10) comprises a cylindrical portion (12) into which a bolt (34) is inserted, and a pair of flanges (14, 16) radially overhanging from both axial ends of the cylindrical portion (12), respectively. The flanges (14, 16) have outer diameter which is sufficiently large in comparison to the inner diameter of the hole (8). The cylindrical portion (12) is inserted into the hole (8). The head (34a) of the bolt (34) never touches the tab (6) so that the tab (6) is never twisted together with the rotation of the bolt (34) when the bolt (34) is screwed into the bolt hole (36). <IMAGE> |
