A side by side type refrigerator provided with a blood pressure measuring function is provided to allow a user to measure his blood pressure by providing a blood pressure measurement function to the refrigerator. A side by side type refrigerator provided with a blood pressure measuring function includes a front door(102), a ring shaped cuff(112), and a measurement start button(115). The front door is installed to open and close a recessed space formed at a door handle. The ring shaped cuff is coupled with an inner surface of the front door to allow a user to insert his finger to measure his blood pressure when the door is opened. The measurement start button allows a user to start a blood pressure measurement.
