AN AUTHENTICATING, CHARGING AND MANAGING METHOD AND SYSTEM OF THE PUBLIC COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

An authenticating and charging method of the public communication system includes: the network side of the public communication system authenticates the identification of the user using the public communication terminal; after the authentication is passed, charge the communication process of the said user; down-transmit the charging information to the public communication terminal used by the said user and the public communication terminal displays the charging information to the said user. Accordingly, a managing method of the public communication system and a public communication system are provided. The present invention can prevent the illegal user from using the public communication system to consume deceitfully, and improve the intellectualized management degree of the public communication system.
