<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image quality from deteriorating even if performing compression processing between frame images, and to increase compression efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 30 selects at least one image from a plurality of frame images photographed by an image sensor 22 continuously through an optical lens device 21 as a key frame image, generates differential information between the key frame image and other frame images, and stores the key frame image and the differential information into a memory 23.
