<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which has a development device equipped with a supply conveyance way, agitation conveyance way and recovery conveyance way and is capable of performing stable image formation even if the characteristics of a developer change without expediting the deterioration of the developer and a developer conveyance member. <P>SOLUTION: The conveyance power of the developer conveyance member is adjusted by sending driving signals respectively to a motor driver 1 to adjust the number of revolutions of a motor of a supply screw which is the developer supplying conveyance member and a motor driver 2 to adjust the number of revolutions of the motor of an agitation screw which is the developer agitating conveyance member based on the result of the detection of a conveyance efficiency detecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
