<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage preparation device capable of preventing soiling of the surface inside an agitation vessel when making beverage. <P>SOLUTION: A mixing bowl 40 comprises the agitation vessel 41 and a lid body 42, to which the agitation vessel 41 is mounted. The agitation vessel 41 is formed of synthetic resin in a variant funnel shape so as to efficiently agitate the beverage, and has an agitation mechanism 50 inside. The upper end of the agitation vessel 41 opens widely for removably fitting and mounting to the lid body 42. A beverage pouring part 49 having a discharging port 49a is mounted to a lower part of the agitation vessel 41 so as to cover an end of a perpendicular shaft 53 of the agitation mechanism 50. The inner surface 41a of the agitation vessel 41 is coated with a hydrophilic material, and its contact angle with water is 50° or smaller, preferably 5°-20°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
