<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a radiation structure for a commutator capable of improving radiation efficiency for the radiation structure for the commutator by jointing thermal tubes in the radiation structure of the commutator, and especially and fully laying the radiation structure over surfaces of the thermal tubes. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the radiation structure for the rectifier includes a process 40 for providing a metallic pipe for the thermal tubes, a process 41 for forming a capillary structure inside the metallic pipe, a process 42 for tightly closing an inlet of the metallic pipe, a process 43 for installing the metallic pipe at a die for a radiation housing of the rectifier, a process 44 for filling and forming melt metal in the die, and a process 45 for taking out the radiation housing, a process 46 for separating the inlet of the metallic pipe in the radiation housing, a process 47 for filling work fluid into the metallic pipe, and a process 48 for tightly closing the inlet of the metallic pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
