摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to various needs of a customer while preventing increase of business of a salesclerk of a DP store accompanying inquiry coping from the customer using a print order reception device 1.

SOLUTION: The print order reception device 1 is connected to a support device 90 operated by a supporter supporting input operation of the customer via a communication network 87 to allow the customer and the supporter to have a conversation with each other by voice while they confirm mutual faces by displays 12, 93.
