<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To the enhance efficiency of assembling work by reducing the number of components and lowering a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting tool is provided with a housing 1 loading a light-emitting diode 5 to be a light source and various elements 7 or the like for lighting the light-emitting diode 5 integrally equipped with a substrate 11 with a circuit or the like formed on its rear-face side, a reflector 2 set in the housing 1 for serving the role of reflecting light from the light-emitting diode 5, and a lens 3 made of a transparent body keeping a whole body in a sealed state together with the housing 1 with the reflector 2 fitted inside.
