<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actually operate various verification programs on a memory of an LSI for improvement of verification efficiency in LSI operation verification. <P>SOLUTION: In verification of an operation of the LSI 2, a common processing program development means 111 develops a common processing program on the memory of the LSI 2 by using a writing device 4 for starting the program. The common processing program is provided with a function for developing the verification programs verifying operation of the LSI 2 at a designated development destination address on the memory of the LSI 2 and a function for starting the designated verification program among the verification programs developed on the memory. Therefore, afterward, the verification program is developed on the memory by using the common processing program to be operated, so that verification efficiency can be improved when a plurality of verification programs are required for verifying operation of the LSI 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
